Admissions Policy
As a diocesan school, Regina Maria Academy exists primarily to serve all families, especially those seeking and education that teaches what is true, good and beautiful. It is a school that is proud of its Catholic tradition and identity.
New students are accepted on a rolling basis starting October 1st for the following year. Applications may also be submitted for the current year. If a grade is full, applicants will be placed on a waiting list and parents will receive notification.
All applications are completed via our website. Parents will receive notification of the application status within 10 days. When a student is accepted, parents will receive an email explaining how to enroll their child and pay the registration fee. This enrollment must be completed within 10 days or the student's seat will be offered to another applicant.
Provided all conditions for admission have been met, priority consideration will be given to:- Siblings of students presently enrolled
- Students matriculating up from Little Blessings Preschool
- Catholic children from our partner parishes
- Alumni of NH Catholic Schools
RMA adheres to the entrance requirements of the State of New Hampshire regarding age, inoculations, and physicals. Parents will provide immunization records of required inoculations as outlined in RSA 141-C:20-a. All transferring students are accepted at Regina Maria Academy on a 90-day trial basis.

DOCUMENTS THAT WILL BE REQUIRED DURING THE APPLICATION PROCESS
1. Birth Certificate
2. Immunization records to be up to date with NH State Requirements or Religious Exemption.
3. Health form from a physical exam from the current year.
4. A baptismal record/certificate (if applicable and if student was baptized outside of the Berlin/Gorham parishes).
5. A Request for School Records form (if applicable).
6. Copies of most recent report cards and standardized test results (if applicable) and copies of IEP, 504, and/or Title 1 records (where applicable) if they are not included with school records.
