Regina Maria Academy (RMA) is seeking educators that are willing to teach 1-2 grade levels in a small school setting. The successful candidate will have a background in early childhood and/or elementary education and a desire to provide a safe, positive, and creative classroom setting. RMA is in the parish center of Our Lady of Lourdes-St. Joseph Parish and shares the center with Little Blessings Preschool.

Regina Maria Academy will open in Fall 2025. Enrollment processes are ongoing, and the educational focus will be small classrooms striving for academic excellence. The ideal candidate is an actively practicing Catholic that supports the Mission and Vision of Regina Maria Academy. A desire to work with children and provide a positive educational experience is essential. The candidate should be a team member that works well with faculty and school administration. Responsibilities will include design and implementation of standards-based lesson plans, provision of constructive feedback to students, communication with parents, and collaboration with fellow faculty members.

Two or more years of elementary school teaching experience and NHDOE certification is preferred, but not required. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. The candidate must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written, teamwork, and oral communication skills.
