The Regina Maria Academy Outdoor Classroom Project is committed to developing the whole child and expanding learning outside the classroom.
 
Regina Maria Academy believes that the environments in which children learn, play, and explore are foundational to their childhood experiences.
 
The RMA Outdoor Classroom will consist of specific areas that complement RMA’s Christ centered curriculum and expose students to a broad range of disciplines that go beyond textbooks and beyond the classroom. Our outdoor classroom will be a truly unique place to play and learn. 

Studies support that offering students an outdoor study program:

• • helps improve students' concentration,
  • supports creativity and collaboration,
  • nurtures the mind, body, and soul,
  • teaches students the importance of caring for God's creation, a major tenet of Catholic Social Teachings.
