Tuition & Finance Policy

1. Tuition: Regina Maria Academy's estimated tuition for the 2024-2025 school year is $6,750 per student. 

1. 1. Student tuition and fees are set annually by the Superintendent in consultation with the Principal and school advisory board.
   2. Tuition is payable in ten (10) monthly payments, beginning in August and ending with the May payment of each school year. This collection is handled by the FACTS Tuition Collection Program.
   3. Tuition may also be paid in full before August 1^st. A discount is given with this option. The percent varies from year to year based on banking interest rates.
   4. Tuition may be paid in two installments, a discount is given with this option.
   5. Families experiencing difficulty in making tuition payments are advised to contact the school Bookkeeper immediately. Every effort will be made to work out a mutually satisfactory arrangement.
   6. All financial obligations must be settled by the final day of the school year. Parents will be referred to the Business Office for delinquent accounts.
   7. Any outstanding debt balance information may be forwarded to other Cathlic schools of students transferring from RMA

1. Any family who withdraws a child from the school for any reason is responsible for tuition costs according to the following plan:
2. One fourth of the total tuition cost will be charged to the family for withdrawal betweenAugust 1 and the completion of 45 school days.
3. One half of the total tuition cost will be charged to the family for withdrawal betweenAugust 1 and the completion of 90 school days.
4. Three quarters of the total tuition cost will be charged to families for withdrawal betweenAugust 1 and the completion of 135 school days.
5. 100% of the total tuition cost will be charged to families who withdraw after the completion of 135 school days.
